The Opportunity: Private Equity Analyst The Company is seeking talented, highly motivated individuals to assist in the evaluation and management of promising companies across a variety of sectors. The role presents a rare opportunity for finance professionals to work directly with senior investment executives as well as the management teams of portfolio companies. In addition, SofCap's analysts are given the unique chance to accelerate their investment knowledge through their firsthand involvement in a wide range of transactions, from capital-raising initiatives and M&A to restructurings and divestitures.
ResponsibilitiesPerform company, industry, and macroeconomic research related to the acquisition and management of target companiesParticipate in the financial, operational, and legal due diligence of investmentsPrepare research briefings, company reports, financial models, and marketing materialsGather information and insight from the management teams of portfolio companiesMaintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and other counterpartiesEnsure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirementsManage other deal-related projects and activitiesRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Management, Mathematics, or equivalentAt least three (3) years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or similar*Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation designKeen attention to detail and strong analytical and quantitative skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City*Candidates who have limited work experience but have demonstrated a very high degree of responsibility and strong work ethic, such as recent graduates with excellent academic performance, may also be considered.
