**Responsibilities**
- Managing privacy projects, which includes but is not limited to:
- assessing and closing privacy compliance gaps in countries;
- complying with new and emerging privacy laws; and
- the implementation and adoption of privacy technology into Aon's business units;
- Defining, updating and providing training on privacy policies and controls library;
- Producing, communicating and advising on privacy policy updates;
- Assisting privacy leaders with ad-hoc matters, which might include preparing board reports and metrics;
- Assist with building, training and managing the Asia Pacific Privacy Compliance Assurance function in the Asia Pacific jurisdictions;
- Monitor and report on the performance of Aon's Asia Pacific Privacy Compliance Assurance team on a regular basis, taking appropriate actions to improve effectiveness; and
- Maintain playbooks, standard operating procedures, document repositories, ensuring timely updates and version control.
