Printing Production Supervisor (46976) - Sta. Rosa Laguna

Salary: 25,000 - 35,000
With Saturday schedule (Once / Twice a month)

Required Experience:
·Must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering.
·With knowledge and experience in Production schedule preparation
·With at least two (2) years of working experience in a Manufacturing setting and skilled in planning
·Must have good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn, requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving -skills
·Having experience in a Japanese Manufacturing Company is preferred.
·Having license as a Mechanical Engineer or Electrical engineer preferred.
·Having experience in a Manufacturing company for more than 5 years is preferred.

Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor is mainly responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production, warehouse and maintenance activities. Ensuring that manufacturing of items in a production plan, warehouse and maintenance activity are carried out efficiently and with strict adherence to quality standards; safety and productivity of all employees staffed on designated shift, as well as plant security. In addition, the Production Supervisor position is accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters.
