Printer Technician Specialist

With high technical skills on printer repair especially on dot matrix printers.
- With solid experience in repairing printer heads and repairing pins
- **Prior experience in the maintenance and repair of especially manufactured by Epson, HP and Samsung**
- Must be motorized with valid driver's license
- Computer literate especially on Microsoft Office
- Can perform technical phone support (1st level support)
- Excellent Verbal and Written English communication skills **Great Customer Service skills**
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services including the ability to extract and provide reports on the given deadline **Handle and manage service request**
- Highly organized with self-disciplined

Ability to commute/relocate:

- San Pedro, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
