Printer Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
? Sourcing replacement parts.
? Repairing or replacing faulty equipment.
? Render printer service to client
? Diagnose and troubleshoot computers and printers/machines
? Provide machined preventive maintenance service deployed at client
? Demo and installation of printers/machines
? Testing of brand-new printers/machines purchased
? Assist client on-call to address solutions to complains
? Suggest recommendations or alternative solutions to problems
? Ensure proper turnover of documents (invoices, delivery, pull out, collection and
official receipts) and check and/or cash collections
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Graduate of any computer related course
? Fresh graduates are welcome
? Knowledgeable in different varieties of printers and embroidery machines
? Willing to Train and in flexible time
? Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.
? Proficiency in MS Office.
? Willing to do fieldworks
