Strong knowledge of printer hardware, software, and networking technologies

Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of printer issues

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users

Certification in printer repair or maintenance is highly desirable

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team"
