Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities Plans, performs, interprets, and presents conclusions from research work related to assigned projects and technical support, both in the field and laboratory in conjunction with Project/Process Leader or R&D Manager. Establishes effective working relationships with personnel in Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and other research groups in support of research efforts. Communicates effectively with the project/process leader or R&D Manager about key developments on research project(s) and technical support work. Develops in-depth knowledge of assigned areas of technology, keeping aware of current scientific trends and developments. Gathers feedback (Voice of Customer) from customers about their emerging needs and pain points in their cleaning operation and shares the feedback with the RD&E leader in driving new technology development and deployment. Ability to generate new ideas on both product and technology development in the field of Cleaning and Sanitization. Personal Skills Development, including productivity, technical competency, independence, attitude, teamwork, and communication skills (both oral and written). Safety and Responsible Care, ensuring a safe working environment and operating consistently with Responsible Care guidelines. Quality Process, demonstrating a commitment to "doing it right the first time". Performs necessary tasks aligning with business strategy, including troubleshooting any technical issues. Preferred: 3+ years of experience in an industrial environment with specific background and understanding of Food and Beverage process and application. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
