- Minimum of master's degree in a related academic program; Doctorate degree preferred
- May be required for certain programs according to CMO/DepED Order - 5 years higher administration experience, 5 years teaching experience **Some** **Duties and Responsibilities**
1.Observes classroom teaching demonstrations and recommends to the Campus Manager qualified faculty members for hiring.
2.
Maintains effective communication with students, faculty, coordinators, other deans within the college, other academic unit personnel community and governmental agencies.
3.
Promotes and serves as a model for teaching professional achievement and professional service.
