This position will be fully assigned to support the Backend 6-stepsManufacturing Excellence Project, covering all Backend Sites. The candidate must with Data Science working experience. Experience in project Management will be an added advantagesIn your new role you will:Responsible to lead and/or coach end-to-end data analytics & automationprojects covering MNC semiconductor backend sites. Key roles shouldinclude but not limited to identify data source (data exploration), dataextraction, preparation, processing, analyzing data trends,correlations, finding patterns, translating big data into usefulinsights to drive business and operational decisions with datavisualization.Be the subject matter expert related to manufacturing excellence framework, able to coach and guide cross-site engineers, such as statistical, Performance Matching Analysis, Auto Triggering & etc.Leverage advanced data analysis & scripting skills to build semi-auto/automated engineering solutions for complex data analyses and models, transforming mass production data into meaningful insights and actionable plans/tasks. Use systematic approaches to strive towards proactive problem solving regarding backend manufacturing excellence framework and concept.Build infrastructure to capture meaningful learnings & insights and develop input-process-output models for effective production control and future references.Collaborate and partner with domain experts/subject matter experts ( FI/IT) to build applications and tools toward Artificial Intelligence and industry standards; simplify complex works and data to achieve standardized & harmonized practices across backend sites.Understand the business context, identify and scope business requirements and priorities, formulate problem/opportunity statements through rigorous information gathering and analysis as well as clarification of the solutions, initiatives and programs to enable effective delivery.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Master's degree or minimum Bachelor's degree in the following discipline such as Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Demonstrated in-depth statistical knowledge application in the semiconductor manufacturing environment and mathematical know-how.Experience in Leading or coaching global backend organizations, to define infrastructure & script end-to-end automated engineering solutions for high-volume manufacturing environments, as well as leveraging big data to strive for speedy problem-solving & prevention analyses across sites.Competent in driving complex or highly integrated problem-solving and solutions through data mining/analysis, experience in process/yield integration will be an added advantage.Demonstrated excellence skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams will be crucial.Experience in scripting/programming languages such as Knime, Python, R, Scala & data visualization tools Tableau, Power BI and techniques.BenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
