Ensures that all programs and processes in the Academy are aligned with the institutional vision and mission
Supervises the creation, development and entire operations of the Retail Academy
Develop, maintain, evaluate, implement and enhance curricular and extracurricular programs that reflect Employee achievement and growth
Develop the Curriculum of the Academy
- Hire teaching personnel based on the needs of the Academy
- Supervise and evaluate Educators for the purpose of monitoring performance, providing for professional growth and aligning objectives of school's curriculum.
- Implement policies, programs, and/or procedures to facilitate the thrust of the school and to comply with mandated requirements.
- Prepare a wide variety of materials (reports, correspondence, etc.)
for the purpose of documentation, reference and information.
- Represent the school within community forums
- Facilitate communication between personnel, administration, students and/or parents.
- Provide leadership and support for services which will foster the well-being of Employees and provide for their individual needs.
