Principal Application Development Specialist

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in UKG Dimensions to develop and enhance applications that support various business functions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and enhance applications using UKG Dimensions.
- Design and configure applications to meet business process requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Perform unit testing and debugging of applications.
- Ensure applications are delivered within the defined timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in UKG Dimensions.
- Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and configuring applications using UKG Dimensions.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Experience with integration tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in UKG Dimensions.
- This position is based in Manila.
