BE PART OF OUR GROWING TEAM
**YOUR ROLE **:To provide data and analytics support needed by the LCL Pricing Management for the business' success.
To provide procurement and analytical expertise with the intention of increasing profit and keeping cost at a minimum for the company.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handle Zendesk ticket (LCL Pricing Requests) within a timely manner to meet the SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Coordinate with other teams (Sales, Operations, Overseas Offices, External Service Providers, Customer Service) for efficient resolution of tickets/QT uploads needed for Customer booking and/or invoicing to ensure that it's available on time and error-free.
- Ensure that all LCL costing for services are as per the service level agreement and scope of work ordered
- Ensure selectIon of the best LCL service option maximizing profitability while delivering the clients expectations
- Ensuring efficient usage, implementation and update of Kuehne+Nagel internal systems related to LCL
- Provide assistance on Local and Global RFQ's via tender portal or TQT.
- Manage LCL VIP customers/suppliers tender analysis to drive accurate Carrier allocation and Costing analysis
- Develop ad-hoc reports that is needed by the Senior Management for their analysis on shipment issues or status
- Understand LCL clients' needs in order to strategize the costing and or pricing
- Perform analytical duties as requested by LCL team relating to volumes, trade lane analysis, SACO performance.
- Prepare business presentations, Flyers, marketing materials in line with the organisation's capabilities and services
- Participate in pricing and RFQ activities for LCL clients.
- Adhere to the requirements of KN's QSHE Management System.
- Act in a professional manner at all times with internal and external customers.
- Undertake any other tasks required by Management.
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES **:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT or Finance is required

Professional certification in IT coding languages is preferred

Experience in Integrated logistics, finance, IT or Procure-to-Pay is an advantage

Must be proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)

Basic knowledge of Incoterms / Quotes/ Pricing and contracts

Knowledge on Reporting and Project Management

Good communication skills
