Pricing Control Associate

-Set and Safeguard Pricing: Checks that accurate computation and timely preparation and dissemination of price list for each Business Unit (BU) is accomplished.
-Set and Safeguard Pricing: Accomplishes Project Pricing Review – cost computations.
-Audits Orders: Accomplishes Audit of Sales Order (SO) for accuracy and profitability.
-Audits Orders: Processes orders thru Netsuite PR/PO
-Maintain Database: Maintains database price validation for all products including checking of their pertinent history
-Sales Support: Prepares and provides pricing for quotation purposes for Business Units.
-Sales Support: Assists PM's in backorder analysis and provision of necessary details from Netsuite, if necessary
-Sales Support: Submits POS/ Inventory Report to principals.
-Maintain Database: Submits required reports usually for margin details as requested by Accounting

Qualifications:

-Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or any business-related courses
-Experience: at least 2years work experience in Accounting or Finance role or Management Trainee/Leadership role; experience in cost accounting is an advantage Subject-matter expertise:
-Skills: strong business acumen, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, knowledgeable in basic accounting concepts, strong and clear communication skills --- oral and written, strong drive for excellence, time management, organizational skills, strong mathematical skills
Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City
