Job Description Develop and implement pricing strategies and initiatives across various categories and brands. Create automated pricing processes and tools, collaborating with science and tech teams to define requirements, roadmaps, and implement scalable pricing solutions. Oversee the development of automated and scalable data solutions, metrics, reports, and analyses to support key business decisions and reporting. Launch real-time tests and evaluate the impact of pricing and promotion strategies on sales, profitability, and product rankings. Analyse and optimise the performance of Amazon's algorithm for all product lines. Conduct ad hoc analyses for the leadership team, including the CCO and CEO. The Successful Applicant 3+ years of experience in pricing or a strong analytical and commercial background with a hands-on approach. Proven product management skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA automation, and strong knowledge of SQL; additional programming experience is a plus. Experience working with large structured and semi-structured datasets. Excellent stakeholder management, along with strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, driven by high intrinsic motivation.
