Pricing Analyst - Freight Forwarding Experience (Hybrid)

Qualifications: ? Minimum1year experience working for Freight forwarding/logistics or supply chain firms is a plus ? Ability to work in a fast-paced sales/customer service environment ? Proven conflict management and decision-making abilities ? Experience using HubSpot would be beneficial ? Experience working with international clients is a plus! ? What you'll be working on ? Liaise with overseas agents and customers in providing quotations for both import and export ? Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines, and Australian transport companies for rate procurement ? Maintain Pricing Tariffs ? Maintain Agent Contact Listing ? Maintain a strong and positive relationship with all customers, and ensure swift fulfillment of all customer needs ? Provide assistance to the Sales and Bookings Team as required ? Liaise with customers via both in and outbound calls for pre-sales and post-sales inquiries as required, including the recommendation of services, following up of quotations, and taking orders
