This position is remote, so offers you the flexibility of working from home. Pull reports from the facility's EMR system and filter for specific criteria to ensure accurate data collection.Cross-reference and verify data for accuracy and consistency.Utilize Excel to manage, organize, and analyze report data.Schedule patient visits and adjust as necessary to optimize provider schedules.Coordinate with providers to ensure visit scheduling aligns with available time slots and provider availability.Move visits around as needed to accommodate changes in schedules.Ensure seamless communication with providers, patients, and other staff to facilitate smooth operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills required).Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience with EMR systems and data management.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.
