Master and implement the lesson plan and activities provided by the schoolConduct effectively daily classesDevelop and implement supplemental activities that promote the cognitive, social and emotional development of childrenCreate a warm, welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning and promotes positive interactions among childrenObserve and assess the progress of each child and communicate as needed with parents regarding their child's developmentWork collaboratively with other teachers and staff to plan and implement special eventsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, and ensure that all materials and equipment are in good working conditionAttend meetings, PTCs, and participate in trainings and other professional and personal development opportunitiesAdhere to all school policies, health and safety regulations
