Job Description
Be part of our client's team as an IT Pre-Sales Engineer , where you'll engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert guidance on tailored solutions, and collaborate closely with sales and technical experts. Your role involves designing and architecting solutions, offering technical recommendations, and ensuring seamless integration. You'll also contribute to proposals, create solution documentation, and stay updated on industry trends, all while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Shift: Mon to Fri (7AM to 4PM)
Work Setup: Permanent WFH
What will your day-to-day tasks look like? Participate in meetings with potential or existing customers, understanding their needs, challenges, and requirements.
Engage in technical discussions with customers, providing insights, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance on the best-fit solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts to develop customized solutions aligning with customer requirements.
Analyze customer standards and business processes to design and architect suitable solutions.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations to customers regarding the implementation, configuration, and integration of solutions.
Assist customers in identifying potential risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies related to proposed solutions.
Collaborate with customers' technical teams to address technical concerns, provide clarifications, and assist in resolving issues.
Work with the sales team to prepare technical proposals and responses to RFPs or RFIs.
Create solution architectures, diagrams, and documentation illustrating the proposed solutions' technical aspects.
Estimate project timelines, resource requirements, and associated costs for proposed solutions.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends, industry advancements, and competitor offerings through continuous learning.
Share knowledge and insights with colleagues, enhancing their technical understanding and competitive positioning.
Participate in training sessions or workshops with internal teams on specific products, solutions, or technical topics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and support, to provide feedback on product enhancements or customer requirements.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of customer requirements, project details, and technical documentation.
Participate in internal meetings or discussions, providing technical expertise, sharing insights, and contributing to overall business strategies.
What will you need to join the team? Three to five years of pre-sales experience in a similar business or ICT-related environment.
Excellent spoken and written English is a must for this position.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
