Responsibilities
:
- Supervises a team or manages assigned sub-function, including but not limited to:
Risk Management: Identifies, assesses, monitors and mitigates risks within HR consistent with Capital One's internal controls and policies, as well as local regulatory and legal requirements. - Performance analysis and reporting . Ensures individual and team productivity targets are achieved by reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly performance, as well as identifying interventions needed. Provides monthly team and other lines of business for critical business and site decisions. Ensures accuracy in team reporting and reports discrepancies.
- Stakeholder management. Consults with: a) line of business to ensure functional services are aligned with business requirements and corporate policies, b) US counterparts to ensure oues and implementations are aligned with intended plans and design, and c) third-party entities such as vendors,ernment, etc., if applicable.
- Process improvement. Conducts scheduled and random audits to ensurepliance with all applicable corporate and legal laws and regulations. Regularlymunicates organizational and process updates to direct reports, as applicable.
- People development (as applicable) . Engages team in regular coaching and feedback to improve performance and developpetencies. Conducts mid-year and year-end performance reviews.
- May be assigned/rotated across related sub-functions, including but not limited to sub-functions within HR
- Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Basic Qualifications: College graduate or with equivalent relevant work experience. 5-10 years working experience in related discipline, with 3 years in a supervisory role Understands the risk management framework and techniques Strong analytical skills to understand risk processes and identify appropriate controls Excellent oral and writtenmunication skills; Customer focused; Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Ability to influence across all levels; highly organized and able to work independently; Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Data Studio, DocuSign, GSuite applications, Confluence, Looker Studio, Google Workspace and Workday Work set up is Hybrid - candidate must be amenable to work in Alabang Must be willing to work in a Mid Shift schedule
