Monde Nissin, a leading food and beverage company, is seeking a motivated and passionate PR Associate to join our dynamic marketing team in Taguig. This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level professional eager to start their career in public relations. The PR Associate will play a key role in supporting our public relations initiatives, engaging with media, and enhancing our brand's visibility and reputation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns and strategies to effectively communicate our brand messaging.
- Support in the creation of high-quality written content, including press releases, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and news topics relevant to our business to inform PR strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, bloggers, and influencers to amplify Monde Nissin's presence.
- Coordinate logistics for press events, product launches, and influencer engagements, ensuring a smooth and professional execution.
- Monitor press coverage and compile reports detailing reach and engagement metrics to evaluate the success of PR efforts.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas to enhance our public relations strategies.
- Help manage day-to-day communications with external stakeholders, including drafting email correspondence and responding to media inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of messaging and initiatives.
**Requirements:**
- A Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a PR-related role, internship experience included.
- Strong research skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant data.
- Energetic and adaptable personality with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Cooperative team player who excels in collaborative environments and can work effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of PR tools and media monitoring software is a plus.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
