Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer with at least 2 - 3 years of experience developing Power Platform solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and deploying solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service).
Certification in one or more of the Power Platform technologies is a plus. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying custom applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, as well as providing technical guidance and leadership to junior team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using the Microsoft Power PlatformDevelop, test, and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional specificationsProvide technical guidance and leadership to junior team membersDevelop technical documentation and provide end-user training and supportManage project timelines and deliverables, and communicate progress to stakeholdersIdentify and troubleshoot issues and provide technical support as neededStay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystemParticipate in peer code reviews to ensure the quality of deliverablesParticipate in project planning and estimation, as needed REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 2 - 3 years of experience developing custom solutions using the Microsoft Power PlatformCertification in one or more of the Power Platform technologies is a plusStrong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferably with SAP BI and API Integration experience.With background in actual system development (not just automating forms)Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamAmenable to work on Day Shift (M – F, 8am to 5Pm)Location (Pasay City, MOA Complex)
