Responsibilities: Data Visualization and Reporting: Create compelling Power BI reports and dashboards. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective visualizations. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports. Leverage your understanding of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) metrics: First Call Resolution (FCR) Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) First Reply Time (FRT) Chat Concurrency Attrition Analyze call center data and operational efficiency. T-SQL Expertise: Craft efficient T-SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data into Power BI. Optimize data models and DAX calculations. Microsoft Fabric Familiarity While Microsoft Fabric is relatively new, we value your experience with similar systems. Familiarize yourself with Microsoft Fabric and its integration capabilities. Independently train on Microsoft Fabric to contribute effectively. Implement star schema principles for efficient data modeling. Structure fact tables, dimension tables, and relationships. Advanced Power BI Features Beyond the desktop app, explore: Power BI Service: Collaborate in the cloud. Power BI Paginated Reports (formerly Report Builder): Create printable reports. Power BI Embedded: Embed reports in custom applications. Power Query M Formula Language: Handle complex transformations. Custom Visuals: Extend visualizations. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with developers, data engineers, and business analysts. Share insights, especially regarding Microsoft Fabric. Conduct training sessions to empower the team. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 3 years as a Power BI Developer in the BPO Industry. Strong T-SQL skills and data modeling experience. Familiarity with BPO metrics and call center operations.
