- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related courses.
- At least 5 years of experience with the same role
- Provide Systems and Platform Support
- On Database Administration and System Administration support, the support scope shall cover Level 2 (incident and service request) only such as:
- Server hardening (i.e.
patching, server configuration and disabling of open ports based on cybersecurity scan and recommendation).
- Sanity tests and coordination with client infrastructure and cybersecurity groups
Health Check, Optimization and Tuning of Database
- Provisioning and Decommissioning of Virtual Machines (on-prem and cloud-based).
- Deployment of changes in the production environment from the approved Change Management.
- Amenable to work onsite in Makati
