Portfolio Manager/Director

CPP Clinics is a leading provider of medical aesthetics services, offering innovative treatments across multiple medspas under the CPP umbrella. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences and outstanding results, utilizing advanced technologies and personalized care.

As a Portfolio Director/Manager at CPP, your main responsibility is to oversee the continuous improvement and growth of 5-10+ CPP clinics under your purview.

This position has a 25% travel to the US requirement Responsibilities: P&L Management: Overseeing P&Ls of clinics totaling ~$100M+ in revenue Strategic planning (e.g., developing clinic data packs and identifying growth drivers of focus) Financial performance reporting (e.g., conducting monthly business reviews) Coaching (e.g., coach and lead local practices managers throughout transformation initiatives) Communications (e.g., weekly syncs with practice managers) You will have access to CPP's central support services (accounting, HR, Talent acquisition, IT…) and will be asked to support the practice managers as we build an industry-leading, high level of customer experience at each location.

In addition to managing your local clinics, CPP is an early-stage company and will ask you to support in working with our corporate team to dive into strategic initiatives that will help further accelerate the growth for all our clinics.
