Policy Service Assistant

The Policy Service Assistant will be responsible in supporting and providing exemplary after sales services to our customers to meet their changing needs.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Handle and ensure daily policy related concerns/queries from customers, branch and LPPs are attended to.
- Handle and monitor incoming and outgoing documents from/to clients and agency.
- Daily processing of accounts enrolled under Credit Card and/or Bank ADA
- Processing of Non-Contractual Changes in the system
- Monitoring of Billing and Return-to-Sender Mail (RTS)
- Monitoring of daily sending SMS, e-Billing & e-APL.
- Monitoring of daily sending lapsation notice
- Records Management
- Participate in Policy Conservation Campaigns
- Daily/ periodic submission of Reports
- Assist in other departmental tasks

**Job Requirement**:

- Newly Grad or preferably with 1-2 years work experience in Customer Service or equivalent but not required
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency an advantage)
- Customer oriented and friendly
- Thorough and with high attention to detail
- Good inter-personal skills
- Exudes patience and perseverance
- High stress tolerance
- Resides near Makati City (preferably)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Policy Service / Insurance: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
