QUALIFICATIONS: Must have experience in Life and/or General Insurance background.Must have 1 to 2 years of experience related to the position or in back-office support.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and is computer literate.Candidate should have good communication skills and can adjust easily to our environment.Can keep information with utmost confidentiality.Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's degree JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position is responsible for the timely preparation, approval and issuance of policies, endorsements, cover notes, and renewal notices. Receives requests for policy issuance regardless of product line. Ensures information is complete. If incomplete, return to source (distribution, branches, marketing) or may call/email to clarify. Reinforce the use of the policy issuance checklist to increase the clean case ratio and minimize rework.

Manage, assess transactions, and perform the necessary tasks to generate the policy. Review for accuracy of information.Adhere to set process and set approval authority levelsApprove the transaction based on the following authority levels:
Motor – up to Php3 Million
Property/Fire – up to Php10 Million
Personal Accident – up to Php5 Million
Engineering – up to Php4 Million
Marine – up to Php5 Million
Other casualty – up to Php3 Million

- Process complex cases such as Property policies.

Ensures compliance to all regulatory requirements such as AMLA/KYC, FATCA, Data Privacy, etcReceives and promptly responds to queries and follow-ups from distributors and front linersResolves escalated concerns from distributors, customers, and front linersMay be assigned to prepare reports for productivity dashboard to monitor daily performancePerform ad hoc tasks, assignments, or projectsSupport change management strategy in terms of scope of work, as deemed necessarySupport projects, system enhancements, and efficiency initiatives by acting as an SME (subject matter expert) and performing UAT (user acceptance testing)May act as Team Leader when necessary to ensure the Team meets its committed TATs and productivity
