Job Description Create, review, and manage purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.Collaborate with vendors to confirm order details, pricing, and lead times.Track and monitor open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.Communicate with internal departments, such as accounting and receiving, to resolve issues related to purchase orders.Update and maintain PO records in the company's purchasing system.Work with the finance team to reconcile any discrepancies in invoices and purchase orders.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.Generate reports on open POs, delivery statuses, and other procurement metrics as needed.Job Qualifications Proven experience as a Purchase Order Specialist, Procurement Coordinator, or similar role.Familiarity with procurement and purchasing processes and systems.Strong organizational and time management skills.Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Compensation: 15000
