Pmo Service Managers

Serves as the main point of contact for all projects under O&M (Operate and Maintain).
- Manages budget allocations and resource utilization for all O&M projects.
- Oversees service delivery.
- Leads and manages the delivery team.
- Establish and enhance delivery processes.
- Develops partnerships and liaise with other teams.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and identify customer needs.
- Manages customer expectations.
- Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.
**Job Qualifications/Requirements**
- Education - Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- Related Work Experience - 3+ years of service delivery or project management related experience.
Experience in managing web and Mobile projects.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in dealing with multicultural stakeholders.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Knowledge - Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
