Job Description:
Responsible for directing, organizing, controlling, and implementing Plumbing and Sanitary
project activities under the direction of the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and Project Manager
(PM). Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the effective implementation of all site work, activities, and operations to meet contract
obligations.
2. Attend site coordination meetings and assist in determining project requirements. Keep the
CTO/PM and others informed about project status and any issues that may impact client relations.
3. Maintain proper installation at the site in accordance with the approved construction and shop
drawings.
4. Ensure the efficiency of all manpower provided at the project site.
5. Coordinate between the project site and the project management team, including requests for
additional manpower, materials, and equipment.
6. Prepare daily accomplishment reports and provide updates on project status and any issues
that may affect client relations.
Qualifications: Project-based positionMust hold at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or a Professional License (Passed
Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Sanitary/Mechanical/Civil)
3. Must have at least three (3) years of experience working as a Project-in-Charge in Plumbing
and Sanitary works
4. Must have at least five (5) years of experience in vertical/horizontal construction
5. Must be able to read and understand drawings and specifications
6. Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
7. Must be proficient in standard office applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint), Sketchup, and AutoCAD
8. Must be able to start ASAP
