Job description

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed a Vocational or Trading (TESDA) course
- Must have at least 2 - 5 years related experience in a commercial complex or mall
- Knowledgeable as an all around technician
- Proficient in plumbing works
- Proficient in using hand toll and testing equipment
- Can work in a shifting schedule
- Amenable to work in CCP Complex, Pasay City

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Performs preventive measure of electrical system, equipment and fixtures
- Monitor, diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment such as generator set, motor pump, cistern tank, STP etc.
- Assist in declogging of grease trap
- Attend to tenant's concern
- Assist in the maintenance and safety at Seascape Village

COVID-19 considerations:
Employees are required to wear face mask and face shield, hand sanitized at all times.
**Salary**: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
