Plumber

- Monitor the overhead tank's water level on a daily basis.- Assists the pest controller with all pest management activities, including monitoring and maintaining pest control baits and traps.- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of everyday incoming plumbing tasks, including water, air, and drainage systems.- Monitors the activities of submersible and booster pumps.- Assists in completing general service responsibilities.- Inspect and maintain fire extinguishers, fire hoses, and cabinets throughout the plant.- Coordinate with supplier to restock and deliver fire extinguishers.- Conduct monthly inspections of the plant's building and perimeter, and report any unsafe conditions or non-conformances to the immediate superior.- Other responsibilities assigned by direct supervisor.
