Plumber

Monitor the overhead tank's water level on a daily basis.Assists the pest controller with all pest management activities, including monitoring and maintaining pest control baits and traps.Responsible for the maintenance and repair of everyday incoming plumbing tasks, including water, air, and drainage systems.Monitors the activities of submersible and booster pumps.Assists in completing general service responsibilities.Inspect and maintain fire extinguishers, fire hoses, and cabinets throughout the plant.Coordinate with supplier to restock and deliver fire extinguishers.Conduct monthly inspections of the plant's building and perimeter, and report any unsafe conditions or non-conformances to the immediate superior.Other responsibilities assigned by direct supervisor.
