Plumber

- Monitor the overhead tank's water level on a daily basis.
- Assists the pest controller with all pest management activities, including monitoring and maintaining pest control baits and traps.
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of everyday incoming plumbing tasks, including water, air, and drainage systems.
- Monitors the activities of submersible and booster pumps.
- Assists in completing general service responsibilities.
- Inspect and maintain fire extinguishers, fire hoses, and cabinets throughout the plant.
- Coordinate with supplier to restock and deliver fire extinguishers.
- Conduct monthly inspections of the plant's building and perimeter, and report any unsafe conditions or non-conformances to the immediate superior.
- Other responsibilities assigned by direct supervisor.
