Platform Engineer

Job Description
1.
Assists Repair Technician on hard trouble problems.
2.
Communicates daily with SubconsPlatform for any component abnormality.
3.
Provides technical support when needed and shares technical know-how based on experience.
4.
Coordinates with production support group for product quality improvement.
5.
Interface with customer Engineering team to resolve problems on In-Circuit and Functional/Final
testing.
6.
Works with Continuous Improvement team to update software/hardware for improved test and
product quality.
7.
Works with team of Process Engineering to improve test processes for better factory and field
quality.
8.
Identifies and resolves test-related defects to reduce defects per unit (DPU).
9.
Performs other duties and tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Qualification

BS Electronics Communication Engineer graduate
Highest Education Attainment:
College Graduate
