Plant Supervisor - Cebu

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least five (5) years of work experience in related field is required for the position.
- With NC 2 of electromechanical is an advantage.
- Preferably with supervisory experience in manufacturing or construction.
- Can manage overall plant operations and command an entire production team.
- Must have good emergency response and knowledge of general tools usage and safety procedures.
- Must be willing to work from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Must be willing to render overtime work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supervise and coordinate plant operations on a daily basis.
- Oversee the production process and ensure that orders are serve on time.
- Maintain quality of finished products and ensure that finished goods adhere to the company's standards.
- Maintain efficient work flow by monitoring plant processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secured work environment.
**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
