Plant Manager

Must be a licensed Civil Engineer

Responsibilities
* Oversees all daily operations of the plant to ensure the procedures and policies are being followed.
* Implement strategies in alignment with the strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
* Commitment to plant safety procedures.
* Develop system and processes that track and optimize company resources for the productivity and standards.
* Proven work experience as plant manager in construction.
* Adequate knowledge of construction business and management principles.
* Strong team building, decision making and people management skills.
