**Job Summary**

Responsible for leading the projects from design through construction and work will require you to have highly developed expertise in project management, architectural design and technical knowledge.
This management level role provides the opportunity to pursue professional growth.
- Manage the clients, project staff and consultants through the project process on multiple complex projects.
- Utilize operational management tools including workload forecasting, resource planning and project team development.
- Manage and Develop project documents as per client, regulatory and industry standards.
- Coach, mentor and develop staff, including identifying and recruiting high quality staff with leadership potential.
- Create and foster relationships with keys clients, while managing client expectations.
- Maintain project budgets to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate across other disciplines with internal and external team members.
- Promote a workplace culture that is consistent with the company's core values.
**Job Type / Category**

This is a direct hire position.
At Makati HO, we are on a compressed work week with working days Monday to Friday only while on site, it's 6 working days per week, with Sunday as rest day.
**Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications**
- A professional, accredited degree in Architecture is preferred, along with 10+ years' experience and professional registration.
- Experience with workplace projects and clients highly desired
- Strong communication skills
- Expert knowledge in advanced technology relative to position
- Demonstrates project management and staff leadership success
- A drive to achieve

**Salary**: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
