Planning Support

The Planning Support will do data collection of onboard officers and contribute to data quality in ShipSure to ensure effective delivery to different stakeholders.
The Planning Support will also work as integrated member of the Crew Operations team and to function in accordance with the crewing processes in order to ensure that:
a) Adequately and competently manned within a prescribe data quality in accordance with the applicable ship management/crew management agreement.
b) To report all deficiencies and missing data to the Planning Optimisation Manager

1.
Identify, Compare monthly offsigners from Cargo vessel across globe and resolve data quality problems or missing data in Shipsure

2.
Evaluate contracts extensions updating in Shipsure.
Determine business impact level of contract extensions for data quality issue

3.
Assist Planner in validating officers next availability date for vessel assignment after vacation period.
4.
Acquires a thorough understanding of seafarers' needs and requirements.
5.
Ensures that the correct advice or guidance is delivered to seafarers in a timely manner.
6.
Assist the Planner to ensure officers database accuracy after signoff which is required to run optimiser engine.
7.
Maintain list of seafarer as per planning cell and maintaining accurate and up to date records and last wedges in ShipSure Crewing.
8.
Provide updated list of signoff seafarer weekly to mobilisation team to ensure debriefing and availability data updated within first 14 days after signoff

9.
Support direct employment assignment data accuracy.
10.
Prepare reports to assist planning assistant.
11.
Maintain list of offsigner seafarer with availability transferred to open pool with planning manager comments for discussion with Recruitment team & operation director

ESSENTIAL:

- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with people at all levels.
- Through awareness and good understanding of cultural and diversity issues.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Proven ability to work to and meet tight deadlines

DESIRABLE:

- Previous relevant experience working in the Crew department of a marine/crew management company is desirable.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
