Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Business Conceptualization Conceptualizes, identifies and explores business opportunities based on strategic directions and management priorities
Gives intelligent and realistic advise, opinions, observations and inferences to management as needed 2. Research - Market, Industry and Business Leads or actively participates in a work team whose members come from different functional areas and whose goal is to undertake studies and researches in various processes of the business development stages. Coordinates with external resource experts, consultants, and technical staff to gather, verify, consolidate, and interpret relevant data and information pertaining to business projects 3. Feasibility Study Conducts sensitivity analyses, asset valuations, document preparations, market research, and financial analytics needed to formulate recommendations as inputs to top management decisions Prepares technical reports, detailed memos, and visual/graphic materials as official support documents 4. Business Planning and Financial Modelling Prepares business plans and conducts business presentations to management and staff, inside and outside the company Prepares budgetary projections, cost and pricing analyses, financial projections and analyses, with the finance team, other teams from different functional areas and technical experts, with the goal of raising capital funds for the project 5. Business Incubation & Corporate Relations Engages with various stakeholders for the purpose of research, business planning, capital raising, and preliminary business incubation Prepares regulatory compliance documentation, project presentations and materials, and financial projections, as required for biddings, government compliance, and capital raising initiatives with investors and financial institutions Manages stakeholder engagement and relationships with governments, major clients, host communities, trade and technical partners, investors and financial institutions 6. Other Functions Performs other tasks, directly or indirectly related to business development technical work, as instructed by management, from time to time Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Management and Management Engineering Preferably with MBA and exposure in Corporate Finance Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in business operations/management With end-to-end project development experience at senior corporate level Has meaningful exposure in corporate planning and business planning Has proven expertise in strategic planning, business planning, business management, and project management principles and techniques Has basic working knowledge on legal reports, obligations & contracts, feasibility studies, budgeting, financial projections & analysis, understanding engineering designs, business logistics, and marketing
Highly skilled in the use of computers, technology and Internet of Things (IOT) Applies creativity in projecting, managing, and analyzing change variables, indicators and trends Outstanding interpersonal communications skills Can ask meaningful questions and listen actively; Can network and maintain effective rapport with different types and backgrounds of stakeholders; Can give meaningful feedback and take constructive criticism positively Has the ability and confidence to communicate (orally and in written form), advise, interact and negotiate with senior management. Can conduct meaningful and impressive business plans, reports and presentations Understands, applies and models the Corporate Values Self-motivated and can effective handle stress even under work pressure Highly organized, with strong focus on results, and passion for details Has high performance standard and sense of work excellence Has high level of integrity and confidentiality for sensitive information Willing to travel locally and internationally, including remote rural areas Willing attend and participate in meetings, dialogues and public engagements for work and self-development purposes Has a positive mindset and disposition #J-18808-Ljbffr
