Job Description Summary:

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate an effective load plan that will yield high OEE.
- Monitor daily start schedule and ensure that it is aligned to machine / tooling capacity limitation.
- Validate capacity declared versus actual performance of manufacturing and escalate.
- Review weekly commit and highlight should there be any issue supporting the customer requirement/metrics.
- Responsible in assessing current week volume upside/pull ins / expedites.
- Active team member of Daily Cell Huddle
- Provide the following information to Operations Group:
- Daily die inventory (WIP + die avail) and in-transit information / unloaded dice.
- Hot lots / Linesdown / Critical Lots
- Daily loading plan and capacity utilization
- WIP build up inventory / WIP Surge / WIP Bubble
- Potential issue that may affect the cycle time / OTD / shipment goal
- Support manufacturing in cycle time reduction.
- Pro-actively communicate to internal customer any potential issue in eWB (OTD) and delinquencies.
- Assess manufacturing work schedule based on die availability and critical requirements.
- Provide daily monitoring of output for critical products/area.
- Coordinates with the concerned groups (e.g.
Mfg Staff, IE, CV CSR, ACO, Eng'g, Purchasing, Staff/Mgt) any issues that impacts loading.
- Responsible for obtaining accurate reports of manufacturing indices (eWB, Delinquency, WIP Situation)
- Responsible to update Planning Profile
- Performs other function as may be assigned from time to time by superiors.
