Planner

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Consolidate all the projects needed on a weekly/monthly basis and ensure stability of material requirement plan according to clients' promo grid.
- Prioritize job-orders to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Maintains material status and other reports as required
- Follow ups as necessary with all external planners to confirm the projects and/or expedite flow of materials and documents to meet customer expectations..
- Able to get Production schedule based on material availability in cooperation with external planners, provided that the projects are confirmed.
- Analyze data and make decisions to support delivery commitment.
- Interacts with all teams to resolve material issues affecting the plan.
- Performs other tasks as delegated by the Operations Head.
