Pis Assistant

**Duties and Reponsibilities**
- Prepare purchase orders to principals, follow-up clients payments, coordinate both to principals and clients regarding indent and local orders
- Encodes project data/information
- Prepare hard copies of reports as necessary
- Assists sales staff in developing and improving data encoding systems to ensure accuracy of information and quick generation of reports
- Prepare routine inquiries/replies and other correspondences for project information-related matters including indent and local orders
- Reminds sales personnel of the pending specifications and payment of clients (T/T & L/C)
- Assists in developing and improving filing systems
- Maintains proper organization of computer files
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned form time-to-time

**Qualification**
- Must be a graduate of any engineering course
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relate experience
- Must be Computer Literate
- Must be proficient in both Oral and Written Communication

Supplemental pay types:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
