Job Description
Manage project progress to ensure metric and cycle time goals are met from Contract signed to Permit To Operate (PTO)/Energy Efficiency (EE)
80 days (stretch) - 90 days (base) cycle time from Contract signed to PTO/EE
Resolve issue and solve problems throughout project life cycle.
Work with customer experience specialist to ensure any customer concerns/questions are handled efficiently and effectively.
Ensure customer experience specialist receives regular communication and updates regarding the status of their customers' projects.
Collaborate with needed departments internally through job completion.
Handle Contract Verification for the customer.
Review and ensure all documents and photos are accurate.
Quickly follow up to correct any documents or pictures that need correction or updating to ensure expedient processing of the project.
**Upload financial documentation to lender's portals**: agreement, proposal, stipulations items, etc.
Handle Addendum/Change orders and get necessary collection of sales rep and/or customer signatures
When needed, communication with the customer to update them on project progress or to gather needed items.
Manage the CRM to ensure all relevant information is updated
Adhere to company policy while ensuring the customer is satisfied with their project experience
Qualifications And Requirements
Excellent Communication skills, including fluency in English
Very strong technical skills, to include comfort with cloud based CRM and other systems
Ability to work through obstacles and fix problems to ensure pipeline moves as quickly as possible
Strong attention to detail along with good organization skills
College degree or equivalent experience
