You will use evidence based interventions and modalities to treat, prevent, and manage their conditions. You'll also work to promote wellness and independence for customers and their families.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Perform thorough evaluations and assessments of client physical function, pain and mobility.
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client goals and needs.
* Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities, such as manual therapy and exercise, as well as electrotherapy and ultrasound.
* Monitor and document client progress and outcomes.
* Implement treatment plans as needed for optimal recovery and safety.
* Collaborate with other health care providers and team members.
* Provide education and instruction to clients and their families about home exercises, self care, and prevention strategies.
* Maintain compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations and ethical standards.
* Participate in continuing education activities and professional development.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy from an accredited program
* Current state license to practice physical therapy
* CPR and BLS certification
* At least 3 years of experience as a physical therapist in an outpatient setting
* Excellent clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and mobilizing customers
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
* Proficient in using electronic medical records and documentation software
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
* Commitment to lifelong learning and evidence-based practice
