Phrn/Usrn Mds Coordinator (Work From Home)

Roles:

Overall in charge of the day-to-day operations of the center - focusing on the CLINICAL AUDITORS DEPARTMENT
Responsible for the attainment of client-set goals, efficiency targets, and overall center performance.
Communicate with employees and customers to ensure prompt and courteous attention to all questions regarding products and services.
Responsible for knowing the intricacies and compliance standards of all key benefit management programs.
Continuously coach the team to ensure the individual and team performance goals are achieved.
Tracks and monitors team performance; provides feedback to agents.
Will be managing nurses in our organization who do clinical audits and MDS for nursing homes
Qualifications:

Must have MDS Coordinating experience
Must be either a PH RN or US RN
Must be either on a supervisory or managerial level
With nursing home experience
Good English communication skills


Work details:

Will work mostly from home; 2-3 days in a month may be requested to report onsite for leaders meetings, etc. (Makati)
Will report to an Operations Director
