As a PHRN Trainer, you'll be responsible for making sure our evolving training needs are met to keep our level of effort high and our progress moving forward. Positions in this function will be involved in assessment, facilitation and organization of the business training needs. Primary Responsibilities: Facilitate New Hire Training, Refresher Training, Upskill/Cross skill training as per business requirementsDrive training readiness meetings and coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Operations for class readiness, execution of plans and tasks including logistics, BCPs to training and content deliverySupervise employees through training and assist in successful transition to operationsOversee employee performance during training and evaluate assessment resultsAppropriately document employee performance, prepare training reports to record progressManage performance through coaching, create individual development plans and recovery plans within the training timeline to ensure new hire goals are metMake recommendations for content/format improvements/optimizationPerform research required to update/develop material for the training programLead or assist in developing, updating and maintaining knowledge base, SOPs, Facilitator guides and participant handbooksPerform applicable post-training activities, as required (e.g., roster reporting, classroom reset, storage of supplies/materials)Ensure consistent compliance on operating standards and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with Operations and appropriate teams (ISDs, SMEs, Leadership) for recommended training solutionsIdentify training needs and opportunities of the businessRecommend training as well as non-training related solutionsDemonstrate good application of teaching methods & style for optimum learningUtilize statistical tools to validate data and resultsUnderstand business priorities, metrics, and goals of the business to align training needsLearn and understand business and process specific toolsPerform training needs analysis, identification of root causes of performance gapsArticulate, document and communicate participant milestones and successChampion company policies and procedures through appropriate & timely corrective action plansCreate training assets, not limited to visuals, modules, storyboards, activity manuals, job aids, pptsParticipate in program offers and certifications, champion continues educationPerform periodic assessment to check compliance issues and assist in correcting findingsMaintain excellent communication and partnership with the businessFoster collaboration with all internal and external customersSupport and drive innovation changes, process improvements and new age learningComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
