Photoshoot Producer

The company is looking for a Logistic Coordinator for Photo Shoot productions within the agency.
- Proven Organizational Skills
- The Job entails the following tasks:

- Oversee the entire l Photo Shoot Production Logistics.
- Obtain model catalogs
- Screen Models for photo shoot.
- Follow through to ensure criteria is met.
- Assist with Billing Process.
- Enter Invoices, Bills, Estimates, PO onto Quickbooks.
- Manage spreadsheets with client/model/Agency information.
- Own the Photo shoot production process from start to finish.
- Ensure to follow a good practice to schedule and book models for Casting
- Ensure all resources are gathered for all steps within the Photo Shoot process.
- Communicate internally to ensure everyone is on the same page.
- Book meetings.

Work Schedule: 9am-5pm EST

Rate: 400- 500usd per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Photoshoot Producer: 1 year (preferred)
- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
