- Proficient in Photo and Video editing software- High level of creativity and Innovation- Determine the image style and shooting plan based on the anchor's image- Check photographic equipment and related equipment - adjust lighting, composition, props, and styling on the spot according to he character of the scene, and objects- Perform on-site shooting and fine-tune the plan based on immediate feedback- Perform post-production editing of images and output refine samples- Optimize post-production or reshoot images according to department requirements
