The Trainer (Training Specialist) is responsible for delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of individuals or teams within the organization. This role will involve assessing training needs, collaborating with the Content Development team in designing and developing training materials, conducting interactive sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
The Trainer will play a vital role in promoting continuous learning and professional development among employees.

Responsibilities Deliver virtual or onsite training sessions (i.e., New Hire, Refresher, Upskilling, Cross-skilling) using various methodologies, ensuring a balance of optimum productivity. Facilitate engaging and interactive training experiences to promote active participation and knowledge retention. Adapt training delivery style and content to meet the diverse learning needs of participants. Conduct training classes for and in the presence of clients, supervisors, managers, and other members of leadership. Support trainees during the OJT phase as required; this includes conducting call audit reviews, doing side-by-side observations, mentoring, delivering coaching and feedback. Serve as subject matter expert in the program assigned , for staff to provide direction and assistance in operations efforts, and proactively offer consultative advice when necessary. Participate in implementations of new products and work with other departments and clients directly to understand and learn the processes of the new product. Qualifications Education equivalent to a High School diploma/GED or the equivalent in related work experience ( at least 2 years trainer experience) Two years Call Center experience with superior quality rating Familiarity with training delivery skills both instructor-led /virtual learning Demonstrate a style of coaching that is motivational and contributes to a positive work environment. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Demonstrate a proficiency with computer applications such as MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Zoom Able to work a flexible work schedule when needed (including evening & weekends training) Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
