You will support recruiting functions as directed
You will source new talent utilizing various job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter etc
You will set up recordings/call demos for potential new hires
You will schedule interview appointments for Recruiters using Setmore
You will conduct timely online screening to ensure Carenet does not hire individuals who are listed on the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and/or System for Award Management (SAM) exclusion lists.
Ensuring that all screenings are saved accurately on shared drive.
You will run all TN Abuse Registry screenings for all necessary positions in a timely manner.
You will work with the TA Recruiting Manager to ensure the Recruiting cycle runs smoothly, research any discrepancies and non-routine situations, and works to satisfactorily resolve issues to conclusion or escalates appropriately regarding screenings/backgrounds.

**Educations/Experience**:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Minimum one year office or clerical experience required
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as appropriate telephone etiquette.
Capability of effective planning and priority setting.
Must demonstrate versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Experience in screening and interviewing applicants preferred.
- Carenet background or healthcare experience preferred.
